Does Alo run big or small?

It is a nice quality bra but it definitely runs small. I wear a 34 C and a medium was much too small. Even in the larger size it does not have a lot of coverage or support and I would not recommend for busty women.

What I like about Alo is it runs either true to size or a little big. Lululemon notoriously runs small, causing most people to buy numbered sizes that would generally be larger than their norm. I appreciate Alo for staying conventional with its sizing. Alo's sizing sends more of a positive body message.

The one thing I'd note is that the capris run a little long, meaning they're still great for my 5'7 frame, but may end up being full-length for petites. And while I didn't notice sweat showing through on the dark cherry color I tested, other reviews mentioned seeing the sweat in lighter colors.

It uses few eco-friendly materials, and we found no evidence that Alo Yoga minimises textile waste, reduces its carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions in its supply chain, or that it has taken meaningful action to reduce or eliminate hazardous chemicals.
