Where is the pinhole reset on my Lenovo laptop?
Laptops with an internal battery may have an emergency pin hole reset button on the bottom cover (see emergency-reset hole in the User Guide for more information). Use a straightened paper clip in the reset hole to reset the laptop. Some ideapads have a Novo button that can be used to get to the BIOS or recovery mode.
Novo button is a small circular button usually near the power button or on the left side of the laptop. The system will power on to display the Novo Button Menu. Use your arrow keys to select System Recovery and press Enter.
